• The below are the dispatch timelines for Dell Back To College offer :
• Gift Voucher: Within 48 working Hours from payment realization.
• Warranty: Within 15 working days from payment realization.
• New Skills online course: Within 72 working hours code will be received , customer then has to activate the course by logging on to the website www.edureka.co/dell
• Offer is not valid on imported machines. Offer is not valid on out of warranty machines
• Warranty will be effective for 2 year starting from the date of expiry.
• Any issue regarding claim offer or gift if not registered within 25 calendar days of registration, it will be considered closed. No query will be entertained for that reference number later.

Warranty terms and conditions:

• The Warranty extension of this offer is 2 Yr additional NBD warranty (2 Yr Ltd Hardware Warranty, In Home Service after Remote diagnosis) ONLY
• Model numbers having by default 2 years warranty will only get additional 1 Yr of warranty
• Dell warranty extension is subject to validation of your registration detail and payment realization
• Dell warranty extension is subject to back end verification and payment realization.
• The warranty extension is provided by Dell India as per the warranty terms & conditions as set forth by Dell.
• It would take a minimum of 15 calendar days for the warranty extension to be updated from the date of making the payment.
• The warranty extension in this offer is valid only for Specific Consumer Inspiron Laptop models*
• The warranty extension under this offer is not applicable for 3rd, 4th and 5th year extension and any such request will be rejected

Gift Voucher terms and conditions:

o Value: INR 1500

o Acceptance: During regular business hours

                                         ii.    Cards cannot be clubbed to make a purchase i.e you can use only one card per product.

                                        iii.    Single time usage

                                        iv.    Redeemable on all products at Fastrack stores and only on Fastrack merchandise in World of Titan outlets.

                                      viii.    UCB / affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the voucher number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account

4. Online Skills course :

                      i.        Validity : not later than 30th Sept 2016

                         ii.        Voucher would be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance

                        iii.        Courses offered by Edureka would be a complete online courses.

                        iv.        Once registered and selected the course , course can be completed within 12 months

                         v.        Customer can choose any one of the offered courses. Courses may change at the discretion of Edureka

                        vi.        As per the given timeline customer would be required to attend the online class.

                       vii.        Once the course would be over ,course completion certificate would be provided to the registered customer.
