Go to   -     mp.delpindia.com

1.             Fill username in window

2.             Fill password in next window

  3.             Click on login button

 4.            Enter consumer No.

      5.            Select id Proof

                  6.         Click on search button

   

7.            If consumer not exist in database then   a window apper just click yes for issue bulb

8.   Enter Consumer name

9.           Enter consumer address

10.        Enter consumer mobile number

11.         Enter no. of led issued

12.         Enter vendor name from dropdown list

13.        Save and submit

14.    After submit detail next window apper then click on print now button  to print bill
